Practical information

  • What are the show dates and times?
    • Access to the exhibition for the public will be open from Tuesday, September 16, to Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, except on Thursday, September 18, when it will close at 5:00 PM.
    • Access to the exhibition for exhibitors (during the event's opening days) will be open on Tuesday, September 18, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, on Wednesday, September 19, from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on Thursday, September 20, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Exhibitor access

  • How do I access my customer/exhibitor area?

    Your exhibitor area can be accessed at the following address: https://event.nrfbigshoweurope.com/2025/en/

    Click on the "Login" button, then enter your registration e-mail address and password.

  • I've lost/forgotten my password for my exhibitor area. How can I retrieve it?

    Access codes to your exhibitor area are no longer sent to you by e-mail.

    If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply enter your login and click on "Forgot password".

    A reset link will be automatically e-mailed to the address of the show manager.

    Don't forget to add [email protected] to your address book.

  • I already took part in last year's show. Can I reuse my customer account (e-mail address + password) to register for the new edition?

    Your customer account is active from one year to the next. Simply go to https://event.nrfbigshoweurope.com/2025/en to register for the new edition, using your login and password from the previous session.

    If you attend several Comexposium trade shows, your login and password are also the same.

Exhibitor registration

  • Who are my trade show contacts for registration?
    Please contact the Sales team.
  • Can more than one person exhibit on your stand?

    Yes, you can exhibit with more than one person on the same stand :

    • "Direct" exhibitor --> must order a "Co-Exhibitor" from the online store
    • "Pavilion" exhibitor --> must order a "Collective Exhibitor" from the online store
    • Then you must declare the company(ies) in "Partner" --> "Declare my partners"
    • Once the declaration has been made, your sales representative will validate the exhibitor's participation
  • Can we choose our location?

    You can inform your sales representative of your desired location, and they'll do their best to accommodate you.

    As soon as the plan is ready, we'll send you notification of your location.

    Your deposit must be paid in advance for a location to be allocated to you.

  • What documents do I need to register?

    A Kbis with all your contact details will be required.

    Foreign company: intracommunity VAT number or business certificate to be invoiced without VAT (VAT is still compulsory on badges, invitations and parking).

  • What is the deadline for finalizing your registration?
    You have until the day before the show opens on September 15, 2025, to register (subject to space availability).
  • Who can I contact after registering?
    Once you have registered for the show, your privileged contacts are the customer relations managers: [email protected]
  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cheque (France only).

    • Bank transfer : The bank details for making a bank transfer can be found directly on your invoice, order form or, if required, in your customer area > Espace Financier tab > Invoices & Payments.
    • Credit card: Payment by credit card is made directly in your customer area: Tab Financial Area > Invoices & Settlements.

  • What are the insurance rules at the show?

    Insurance is compulsory for exhibitors.

    It is included in your stand reservation.

    If you are already covered by your own insurance, you can request a certificate of insurance from your Exhibitor Relations Officer.

  • Where can I find information about my stand?

    You can find the type of stand you have ordered in your exhibitor area, tab Financial Area > orders.

    For more details on your stand type, please refer to the exhibitor guide.

  • What color will the carpet on the showroom aisles be?
    No carpet in the aisles at this year's show.
  • Where can I find the architectural regulations?
    Architectural regulations can be found in the exhibitor's guide on page 31.
  • I have a bare stand. Who can I send my plan to?
    If you have a bare stand, you must send your plan to the following address before July 16, 2025: [email protected]
  • I have an equipped stand. Who should I send my plan to?
    If you have an equipped stand, the service provider will contact you directly before June, 2025.
  • How can I order additional services?

    You can order services for your stand via the online shop (stand fitting, electricity, furniture, parking, flowers, audiovisuals, etc. )

  • What is the purpose of the forms in the exhibitor area?

    The forms are compulsory for all exhibitors to ensure the smooth running of the show and the safety of everyone.

    You'll find the Safety Notice to fill in in the Participation tab.

  • I'm planning to have a machine in operation on my stand. What should I do?

    Fill in the online form Machine in operation (one form per machine) in the exhibitor area at: Logistics>Form/Drawings

    This form allows us to :

    • Assist you with the installation of your machine during the assembly period.
    • Give the necessary information to the safety officer who will check that your installation complies with the show's safety regulations.
  • Where can I find all the regulations, terms and conditions?
    The various regulations can be downloaded from the "Practical info" tab in your customer/exhibitor area.

The badges

  • How many exhibitor badges am I entitled to?
    • 9 m² - 17,99 m²: 4 badges
    • 18 m² - 26,99 m² = 8 badges
    • 27 m² - 35,99m² = 12 badges
    • 36 m² - 44,99 = 15 badges
    • 45 m² - 53,99 = 20 badges
    • 54 m² - 62,99 m² = 25 badges
    • 63 m² - 71,99 m² = 30 badges
    • 72m² - 89,99 m² = 35 badges
    • ≥ 90 m² = 40 badges

    (Additional exhibitor badges at a cost of €250 (excl. VAT) each, to be ordered from the shop in your customer area.)

  • How do I get my exhibitor badges?

    You will be able to edit and download your exhibitor badges from your exhibitor area from 16th August.

    Please note that you will need a unique email address for each badge to be printed.

    Once created, you will be able to download them individually or in their entirety in PDF format (provided you have paid all your invoices : Stand and additional services).

  • How do I personalize my exhibitor badges?
    In your exhibitor area, in the "Badges and Invitations" section, you will be able to access your e-code and send it by e-mail to your customers - information and link coming soon. Please note Non-retailers holding an invitation will be refused access and will have to pay for a pass.
  • How many conference badges do I get?

    The badge gives access to Lunch Area / Keynote session / Red VIP Carpet

    • 9 m² - 35.99 m² = 1 badge
    • 36 m² - 53,99 m² = 2 badges
    • 54 m²- 80,99 m² = 3 badges
    • ≥ 81 m² = 4 badges

    Additional conference badges to be ordered in the boutique of your customer area :

    • For retailers : €950 (excl.VAT) each
    • For non-retailers : €1,950 (excl. VAT) each, to be ordered in the store in your customer area

Invitations

  • Am I entitled to invitations?

    Yes, you are entitled to an unlimited free visitor invitation code for your customers and prospects.

    Reserved for retailers (chains, brands, e-commerce sites, marketplaces).

    Please note Non-retailers with an invitation will be refused access and will have to pay a pass.

  • How do I use my e-invitations?

    In your exhibitor area, in the "Badges and Invitations" section, you will be able to access your e-code and send it by e-mail to your customers - information and link coming soon.

Communication / Catalogue

  • How do I register for the catalogue?
    You will be able to register for the catalogue from your exhibitor area "Communication tab > Catalogue registration" or by clicking on the button on the right of the home page from May 2025.
  • Where can I generate and download my personalized banner?
    You can create your own banners in your exhibitor area.
  • How can I order communication tools?
    To order communication tools, go to the "Store" tab in your exhibitor area. If you need more information, you can download the catalogue of communication tools, which can also be found in your exhibitor area under "Communication and promotion > Your communication tools".
  • Where can I submit my press kit?
    You can drop it off at the Press/Influence Club as soon as you arrive at the show.

Orders & Invoices

  • I haven't received my invoice. How can I get it back?

    You can find it in your exhibitor area Financial area > Invoices and payment.

    If you don't see it, it's because it hasn't yet been sent to you, and will be as soon as possible by our invoicing department.

    If you are not paying, you will not have access to the invoices, and we advise you to contact directly the company in charge of the payment of your participation.

    An e-mail is sent to you to inform you of the availability of the invoice/credit note on their customer area.

    Invoices are only sent by post.

  • How do I change / cancel my order?

    The exhibitor can delete or modify an order in "basket" status (the order is not yet validated).

    Once the order has been validated by the exhibitor, it can no longer be deleted or modified.

    Once the modification has been made in the back office, the exhibitor will receive an e-mail confirming the modification.

    Cancellations/modifications are only possible up to a certain date.

    Once the service has been installed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Where can I view my ordered items?
    You can consult all your orders on your exhibitor space in the tab and heading "Financial zone > Order and/Or Ordered items".
  • Can someone else place orders for me?

    Exhibitors can create users, called "participation contacts" in their Exhibitor Area, to whom they can delegate the right to place orders and complete forms (as desired).

    The user may place orders on behalf of the exhibitor.

    THE EXHIBITOR REMAINS THE DECISION-MAKER. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO VALIDATE OR REFUSE ORDERS PLACED.

    VALIDATED ORDERS ARE INVOICED IN THE EXHIBITOR'S NAME. AN EMAIL IS SENT FOR EACH ACTION CARRIED OUT ON THE EXHIBITOR'S ACCOUNT.

    On the billing address, the person placing the order can select the payer.

  • How can you delegate your orders to a stand designer, decorator or other service provider?

    Go to the "Logistics > My decorators" tab

    Orders will be billed directly to the decorator/installer.

  • Where can I find the salon's bank details?
    You will find the RIB of the salon at the bottom of your invoices and also at the bottom of your order forms.
  • How does vat recovery work?

  • Are store items marked up?
    The shop closes on 10th September 2025. From 11th September, items will be marked up by 20%.

Assembly / Disassembly

  • What are the assembly/disassembly dates?
    Show set-up and dismantling dates and times are available in your exhibitor area and in your exhibitor guide.
  • How do I order assembly/disassembly badges for my service providers and subcontractors?

    Assembly/disassembly badges for your service providers and subcontractors are not personal and will be available at the entrance to the halls from the start of assembly.

    They will be distributed by the security service set up by the organizer. They are not valid during the period when the show is open to the public.

  • I have a logistical question. Who can I contact?

  • Where can I park during the show?

    To order a parking space, go to the shop in your customer area.

    Parking vouchers for light vehicles can be downloaded directly from your customer area in the "Logistics / Parking" tab after placing your order. For other parking spaces, they can be collected from the exhibitor reception desk during set-up.

  • I'm disabled, how can I get parking as close as possible to the show?

  • Can you recommend any hotels?

  • How do I organize a cocktail party on my stand?
